Founded
in November 2002, the Bernal Hill Observatory is seated near the
top of San Francisco's beautiful Bernal Hill. BHO is home to two
of the world’s most average,
consumer-grade
telescopes and one pair of bent binoculars.
The
88 mm and 127 mm telescopes tower nearly 24 feet* above street level.
Visitors are advised to acclimate 24 hours at base camp prior to
ascending to the observatory.
